Gerardo Azpiri Iglesias is a third-year student at Bennington College where he studies Literature and French, and a graduate from the Creative Writing program at Interlochen Arts Academy. His work was awarded first place in the category of nonfiction for the Bennington Young Writers Awards 2019, and was named Finalist at the Adroit Poetry Prize 2020.
